Dear Parents and Guardians,

We at CGKG create a warm and comfortable environment for the children, through learning by enjoying the activities. Our well experienced teachers pay individual attention to the child and strive to bring their best ability in the budding stage itself. The school classrooms are fitted with air conditioners and equipped with smart classroom facilities making the children to enjoy the classes and easy way to grasp.

Republic Day Celebration at CGKG

January 26th marked a significant day in our nation's history, and CGKG school proudly celebrated Republic Day with great fervor. We were honored to have Mrs. Leema Ashish, President of Tatrakshika Tuticorin, as our chief guest.

Pongal celebration

On January 10, 2025, our school celebrated Pongal with great enthusiasm. Teachers explained the significance of the festival, its traditions, and the importance of farmers and their hard work. Students attended school dressed in their traditional attire, adding to the festive atmosphere.

Navy Day Celebration at CGKG

On 4th December 2024, CGKG observed Navy Day to honor the selfless service of the Indian Navy. The event aimed to introduce our young students to the significance of the Navy and its personnel.

CGKG celebrated Children's Day on 14th November 2024, with a drawing competition and a fun-filled day of activities.

Puppet Show at CGKG

On 8th November 2024, CGKG hosted a puppet show, reviving India's oldest and most traditional form of storytelling. This event aimed to introduce our younger generation to this timeless art form.

Janmashtami Celebration

CGKG celebrated Janmashtami on August 23, 2024. Teachers narrated the story of Lord Krishna's birth, captivating the children. Janmashtami activities followed, and the day ended with sweet treats for all, making it a memorable celebration.

Raksha Bandhan Celebration

CGKG celebrated Raksha Bandhan on 19 August 2024. This festival, observed across India, symbolizes the bond of protection between brothers and sisters. Our children tied Rakhis on each other's wrists, marking a gesture of brotherhood and solidarity.

Independence Day Celebration

Our school celebrated the 78th Independence Day on August 15, 2024, with Mrs. Geeta Chauhan as our chief guest. The ceremony included a flag hoisting, patriotic speeches, and a talent showcase by students dressed as national leaders. The event was attended by distinguished guests and concluded with sweets distribution.

Moral Education Program

CGKG conducted a moral education program on 26 July 2024, focusing on behavior activity. Teachers taught children good behavior, social etiquette, and what is right and wrong through visual aids and interactive sessions, promoting positive relationships and essential life skills.

Medical Check-up and Deworming Camp

A deworming and medical check-up for children of CGKG was organised by the health committee on 07 Jul 24 at CGWWA centre. General medical check-up was carried out by the DMO and deworming medicine were provided to the children. Children and parents actively turned up for the event.

Father's Day and Mother's Day

At the date of 16 Jun 24 our school, recognize the vital roles that fathers and mothers play in our lives. Fathers are our heroes, and mothers are the most selfless individuals, making countless sacrifices for their families. To honor them, we use interactive stories and actions to help children understand and appreciate their importance.

Bakrid activity

CGKG conducted Bakrid activity on13 June 2024. It is one of the most notable Muslim festivals, was celebrated with great enthusiasm at our school. Recognizing the importance of familiarizing children with all religious festivals, we conducted a special Bakrid activity on this auspicious day. This engaging event helped our students learn about and appreciate the significance of Bakrid, promoting unity and cultural awareness.

Welcome activity

On 12 June 2024, our school reopened its doors to a new academic year. The first day of school is a precious moment in a child's life, and we wanted to capture that special memory. Our teachers eagerly welcomed all the children, who were equally excited to start their new journey. The air was filled with enthusiasm as the students enjoyed their first day of school, eager to learn and explore.

Annual Day Celebration

CGKG Tuticorin was organised annual day on 01 Mar 24 by team and all the students along with teachers participated with enthusiasm and zeal. It strated with lightening of lamp.Further all the students participated in various cultural events and bestowed their talents in all possible ways. Prize were distributed for various activities held during entire year. The event culminated with “ National Anthem”.

With zeal and enthusiasm to express the feeling of unity, the great day for the Nation the 75thRepublic day was celebrate in CGKG, Tuticorin by the little folks on 26 Jan 24.The celebration began with flag hoisting followed by cultural events and prize distribution.

CGKG Tuticorin was conducted Pongal clebration on 12 Jan 24. Teachers explained how new paddy harvest is used to make sweet pongal. The childrens were dressed in their traditional best and pongal was served to mark the celebration.

Christmas Day Celebration

CGKG Tuticorin was conducted Christmas day clebration on 09 Dec 23. Teacher explain the birth of jesus christ . Many of the childrens came to School dressed up with Santa clause and angel. Teacher have distributed cake to all childrens.

Sanjeevan Medical Camp

On 22 Nov 23, a medical check-up for CGKG Childrens was organised at the CGWWA centre, Tuticorin. The purpose of the event was to offer sponsored medical services of specialists such as paediatrician, Ophthalmologist and general Physician.. The health check-up conducted by District Medical Officer Surg Lt Cdr Sai Krishna.
